Obituary of Tommy Williams, Jr.

Tommy “Tom-Tom” Williams, Jr., son of Pamela Williams and Thomas Brown was born March 25, 1979 in Kalamazoo Michigan at Borgess Hospital. He transitioned into the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 surrounded by his devoted and loving family and friends. As a teenager, Tommy, Jr., accepted Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior.

Tommy Jr., is deeply missed by his beautiful children, Arqurious (age 21), Tommy, Jr., (age 11), Ta Quari (age 8), Trinity (age 8), Tristan (age 7), and TaMiyah (age 6) Williams. He dearly loved his grandchildren Arqurious, Jr. (age 1) and Arquriaunna (age 4 months) Williams.

He attended primary school at Northglade Elementary, and Hillside Middle School. Later he attended Kalamazoo Adult Education in Kalamazoo Michigan.

Tommy Jr., enjoyed playing chess and dominoes, and watching football (with his father) and loved basketball, especially his favorite player, Kobe Bryant. Moreover, he loved to eat! His favorite foods were ribs, lasagna and Mexican tacos. His favorite of all was sweets, cakes and candy, and especially lemon bars.

Tommy, Jr., looked forward to visiting Uncle June, Aunt Glenda, and Cousin Alveta “Penny” in Wisconsin. His favorite hobby was going to Firekeepers casino; the casino brought such a huge smile to his face- because he loved to gamble.

Tommy, Jr., leaves to cherish his memory his very loving parents Pamela Williams and Thomas “Tommy” Brown, his loving brother Terrell Parker, and very close sisters Sherisa Parker and Keyunta Williams, special cousin Michael “Craig” Bird and special friends, Willie Bolden and Brian “B-Boy” Williams.

In addition, his aunts and uncles, Glenda “Pep”, Shirley (Kevin) Jones, Earlie, and Gertrude, Freddie Lee, Eddie Lee, Joe (Michelle), Edward “Wayne”, Stacy, Ronald and Donald (Tamela) Williams. Joyce Burnett, Linda Fountain, Jeanette Brown-Guillette (Ed) of Silver Spring, Maryland, Gloria (Louis) Parker, Jake Burnett, and Leroy (Tina) Brown.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ernestine (McFerrin) and Bennie Williams, paternal grandparents Lindsay and Dora Mae Brown, Jr., Aunt Sue Ann Brown, John “June” Williams, Waddell Brown, and Vert L. Burnett.

He leaves a host of very special cousins and many close friends to cherish his memory.
