In loving memory of Royalty Regina Mae Hooper-Houston Princess Royalty loving daughter,sister granddaughter departed on Tuesday March 17, 2020. She was born January 12, 2018 in Kalamazoo, MI. the daughter of Alexis Hooper and Lawrence White. Royalty was full of life, joyful, happy, fun to be around and an outgoing little princess that kept a smile on her face. She touched so many hearts no matter where she went. Royalty loves music and dancing, it was a joy to watch her live life so freely. She is preceded in death by her father Lawerence White, grandfather Dajuan Davis and great grandfathers Daniel L. Primer, and Virnaie Love. She leaves behind to forever cherish her memories of her mother Alexis Hooper, and sister Tavi’anna Hooper, grandmother Teasha Hooper of Kalamazoo, MI. Grandmother Jeanette Sims of Iowa, grandfather Lawerance White of Covert, MI, uncles Marquin and Dajuan Davis jr, Mikal White of Grand Rapids, MI. Omarionte’ and De'anthony Hooper, and Jamar Johnson Jr. Aunts Rayonna and Anajah Davis all of Kalamazoo, MI. two great grandmothers Doretha Davis and Ruthie Hooper of Kalamazoo, MI. Special Aunt and uncle Mano and Leslie Palmer, Godfather Dealto (Ervina) Matthews, Godmother Rhonda Love. A host of family and friends.

EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 2020-11 Temporary prohibition on large assemblages and events, Rescission of Executive Order 2020-5 Acting under the Michigan Constitution of 1963 and Michigan law: Beginning on March 17, 2020 at 9:00 am, and continuing through April 5, 2020 at 5:00 pm, all assemblages of more than 50 people in a single indoor shared space and all events of more than 50 people are prohibited in the state of Michigan. Any single indoor shared space includes but is not limited to a room, hall, cafeteria, auditorium, theater, or gallery. This complies with recent CDC guidelines. Consistent with MCL 10.33 and MCL 30.405(3), a willful violation of this order shall constitute a misdemeanor. In conjunction with executive order Whitley Memorial Funeral will only permitted 50 persons (including children and teenagers) into its facility for any business transactions, memorial service or funeral service.
